How do I change the app settings?

Profile picture

From the main app Menu (and the bottom navigation menu) you will see the item Settings. Inside the Settings area, you will find a round icon with your initials at the top of the screen.
Here you can click the round icon and change your profile picture for your app profile.

Note: The profile picture is not synced with your Locker Room account. Therefore, you will have to manually upload a picture inside the app (if you wish to have one).

General settings

From the main app Menu (and the bottom navigation menu) you will see the item Settings. Inside the Settings area, you will find the section General > My Details.

Here, you can change your app account details. The address is not important information to use the Footballmentor app, however, you might want to make sure you are set up with the correct country and timezone.

If you wish to change your email or password for your Footballmentor app account, you will need to do it from the web/browser version. Go to https://footballmentor.mypthub.net/ and login with your credentials > then head to Settings > Email/Password.

Customisation

From the main app Menu (and the bottom navigation menu) you will see the item Settings. Inside the Settings area, you will find the section Customisation.
If you are using the iPhone app edition (“My PT Hub” inside the app store) you might not see the correct Footballmentor edition. To rectify the issue, please click Sync Branding.

Feature settings

From the main app Menu (and the bottom navigation menu) you will see the item Settings. Inside the Settings area, you will find the section Feature Settings. Under the Feature Settings, you will be able to make changes to your Notifications setup, Integration Connections, and Unit of Measurement.

The Integration Connections are only important for nutrition and calorie tracking when monitoring your caloric intake versus energy expenditure. You can use these features if you wish, but they are not involved in any of our essential programs.

Report an Issue

From the main app Menu (and the bottom navigation menu) you will see the item Settings. Inside the Settings area, you will find the section Report an Issue.
