You will only receive support and training advice on Premium or Personal programs via email, the Footballmentor App Chat, or online sessions. Note that the direct chat within the App will only be open for answers to players purchasing a Personal program.
You should be able to find answers to most of your questions in the Help Center. If you need further support with your account or have general questions on purchases you can send an email to contact@footballmentor.com. Please allow 3-5 Business days for an email reply.
Training advice and Support:
If you have an active Personal program, you will be able to get direct support from Daniel through the app chat.
If you purchased a Premium program, we will communicate via weekly email check-ins, and not the app chat.
