Yes, I offer 30-minute online sessions on my booking page.
If you’ve signed up for a Premium or Personal Program you will receive prepaid session credits that you can use inside the sessions page of your Locker Room account.
The consultation will take place online through the video call platforms Sessions or Whereby – no software is needed; you just need your normal internet browser, internet connection, your preferred device (desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone), and camera + microphone. You will find the meeting link in the email, calendar event, and you can also join from the sessions page of your Locker Room account under the section “Upcoming Appointments”.
During our online mentor sessions, you can ask any personal questions regarding your fitness, injuries, performance goals, programs/workouts, or seek advice about anything in your life.

Important information:
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or missed appointments without 24-hour notice will not be refunded or result in a charge of the total service amount.
Refunds are not eligible for individuals who have purchased sessions with a Premium or Personal program.
