What is the difference between Programs and Workouts?

A Program is your exercise plan, that contains multiple events. One type of event is a workout (training block) that you will start and log on planned days. The workout will contain exercise videos and detailed exercise explanations/instructions. You can also use the app as a workout journal to monitor your progress by logging the scheduled/programmed workouts, including the load (lbs or kg), sets, and repetitions for each exercise.
