While you can decide when the program should start, you cannot schedule the frequency or days between the workouts. Additionally, you cannot move planned workouts to different days within a program template after it has started. Instead, you can perform and log the workout on your desired date from the Calendar or the Program overview.
This also applies to missed workouts – or if you wish to log a future workout!
Example: If a workout was planned for Thursday and you wish to perform it the day before (or you missed it and will do the workout the following day), follow these steps:
1. Click the 9 dots on the navigation bar to access the menu.
2. Select “Calendar.”
3. Find and select the planned workout block.
4. Click “Start Workout.”
5. After finishing the workout, you will see the planned workout block marked with a checkmark, accompanied by the workout “Session” block containing the logged exercise information.
You can also do this from the Program overview:
1. Click the 9 dots on the navigation bar to access the menu.
2. Select “Programs.”
3. Find and select the specific program.
4. Click “View Full Program.”
5. Select the current week.
6. Find and select the workout you wish to log.
7. Click “Start Workout. “
If you start a Workout from the Hub, or the general menu section Workouts, it will not get logged towards your Program. Therefore, it is important to complete the scheduled workouts from the from the Calendar or Program section – to make sure they get logged into your Program.
