Your used weight and number of repetitions will often closely match your previous workout. Luckily, you don’t have to start over and fill in all fields from scratch, since you are able to pull the information from the exercise history.
1. After starting a workout, click “Exercise History”
2. Here you can view previously logged data for the chosen exercise (from the current workout, or from any workouts that have included the exercise). You can also view your Personal Best information for the exercise.
3. Find your previous workout and click “Apply to my current workout”
4. The data fields for the exercise within your current workout will now populate with your previous logged data. You can, of course, easily adjust if you are able to add more weight, reps, extra sets, etc. on this day.
