After starting a workout, you will see the list of included exercises. Click the picture beside the exercise name to view the exercise video and description.
Each row below an exercise can include multiple data fields. Below are some of the primary used data fields, their abbreviations and definitions.
Sets: a collection/round of X number of repetitions.
Weight (kg/lbs/bodyweight): the load used in the set. This can be a dumbbell, kettlebell, total weight of weight discs + bar, etc.
Reps: a rep is short for “repetition”. For each set, you will log the number of reps you did.
Rep Range = Between the minimum and maximum numbers provided.
Rest: the rest period (minutes) between the sets.
You can use the timer in the bottom right corner of the screen to monitor your rest period!
After completing a set, you will click the empty box at the end of the row – this will mark the set completed with a checkmark – and move you to the next set.
If you wish to add an extra set, you can do so by clicking the button “Add Set”.an do so by clicking the button “Add Set”.
