How do I start a Workout?

You can A) Start a Workout that is Programmed, or B) Start an ad hoc Workout (not planned/programmed).

A) Start a Workout that is Programmed: If you wish to start a Programmed Workout, you are able to start it from the first navigation item inside the app called “Hub”, under the section Today’s Schedule.

If your Workout is not planned for today, you can still log your missed Workouts or future Workouts via the Calendar or the Program overview. Read the how-to-guide here: Schedule or log the Workouts on a different set of days

If you Start a Workout from the Hub shortcut “Start a Workout” or from the general menu section Workouts it will not get logged towards your Program, since this will be considered an ad hoc (unplanned) Workout. Therefore, it is important to complete the scheduled workouts from the Calendar or Program section – to make sure they get logged into your Program.

B) Start an ad hoc Workout (unplanned): You can also start an ad hoc (unplanned) Workout that will not be logged towards your Programs.
To do this, simply head to the Hub and click “Start a Workout” or go to the Navigation item “Workouts”, select your workout, and click “Start Workout”.
