How do I Create (save) a Workout as a template?

You can always create a template from a Workout that you just finished.

1. When you are done with your Workout, click “Finish workout” at the bottom of the screen.
2. Below the Feedback note field, you will see a slider “Use workout to create new template”.
3. When toggled on, you can give the Workout template a name of your choice.
4. Click “Done
5. You now have a new Workout saved under your Workouts section.

If you have an assigned program, logging your own workout template will not count toward the planned program workouts. Therefore, it’s better to log your planned program workouts directly from the Program overview or from the Calendar – and instead, use the exercise history to get and input your weight and reps from your previous workout.
