Can I log my nutrition/meals?

We have not launched any Nutrition programs (as of yet).
If you wish, you can still use the app to log your custom nutrition plan.

1. Click the 9 dots on the navigation bar to access the menu.
2. Select “Nutrition” (You can also find this item from the bottom navigation bar)
3. Click “Log Nutrition
4. Select “Custom Nutrition Plan” and click “Next”.
5. From here, you can search/create and add the food items – and view the total macros for the day.
6. At the bottom of the screen, click “Save Log” to log your nutrition intake for the current day.

You have the option to use the barcode scanner to easily find information on your food/drink item. Make sure that you have selected and set your home country: Settings > General > My details > Country.

It is possible to save a meal as a template for future use:

1. When logging the nutrition, first find and add all food items for the type of meal (e.g., breakfast).
2. Click “Save meal as template
3. When you wish to apply the template for a future nutrition log, start logging the nutrition as normal.
4. Click “Log Nutrition
5. Select “Custom Nutrition Plan” and click “Next”.
6. Click the three dots in the top right corner (next to the date)
7. Click “Add Meal from Template
8. Scroll down to see the meal added at the bottom. You can then delete the default meal headers.

You don’t need to use the default meal layout: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. If you find it easier, you can just have a single meal consisting of all the food items that you consumed for a single day.
