Inside the App Menu, you will find the Marketplace which is linked to the Footballmentor shop. From here, you can purchase any program without having to open the Footballmentor website. After making a purchase, you will receive the program and related workouts inside your account. You will also receive a confirmation email and access to the accompanied eBook inside your Locker Room.
You will always be able to review your full purchase history from your account page inside your Locker Room.
From the Menu, you have an item called “Financials”, and in here, you can view your purchased programs (Packages). The “Active” section is for your current active programs (or for the programs without an expiry date), whereas the “Inactive” section will display programs for which you had limited access before they expired.
All programs are offered with no expiry date, meaning that you will have access to them in the future if you wish to redo a program. Thus, you will always find them to be “Active”.
There might be a few occasions when we offer free limited-access programs, event groups, and custom programs with an expiry date.
From the “Sessions” tab, you can monitor your used and remaining online video sessions that were assigned to your account when you purchased your Premium or Personal program. To book a session, you should go to your Locker Room Account.
Note: The Credit feature is not something we use for our current offers in Footballmentor. This might change in the future.
