The Hub Overview

The first item on the bottom navigation menu is the “Hub.” On the default tab, “Today,” you will find shortcuts to common actions, such as: Start a Workout; Log Nutrition; and Update Metrics.
Below the shortcuts, you will find notifications about newly assigned programs and you can get an overview of today’s planned events. If you have already started a workout but accidentally closed the app, you can continue where you left off by clicking the banner that says, “You have an unfinished workout.”

At the top of the screen, you can click to view the “Activity”, where you can view your previously logged workouts, program actions, etc.
